Terre des Hommes-Netherlands (TdH-NL) is an international
humanitarian organization committed to improve the quality of life
of destitute children, and supporting programs for the empowerment
of women and children, regardless of race, faith and political
orientation.

At present Terre des Hommes Netherlands works together with 30
Indonesia NGOs. To strengthen our cooperation with our local
counterparts and to improve the quality of our work in Indonesia, we
are looking for a Program Officer, who will be responsible for:

• Assessing and reviewing of project proposals;
• Monitoring and supporting the project implementation process;
• Conducting project evaluations;
• Networking with relevant women and child oriented NGOs,
institutions and government.

For the above mentioned position, we expect the ideal candidate to
have the following qualifications:
• Min S1 degree with min. 3 years experience with NGO's work;
• A good understanding of development issue, especially about women
& children, and human rights;
• High commitment to work with underprivileged women and children;
• Experience with public health issues and working with disabled
children will be an advantage;
• Good communications skills in written and spoken English;
• Computer literate;
• Willingness to travel regularly within Indonesia and ASEAN
countries;
• Indonesian citizen.
