Property & Office Administration Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Property and Office Administration : Provide an efficient administration structure. Provide and maintain suitable operational and office facilities in compliance with local statutory requirements in a cost effective manner (such as Factory Acts). Provide and maintain a fleet of vehicles in operational readiness in compliance with internal fleet guidelines and local statutory requirements. Manage property, vehicles and other leasing agreements. Monitor and audit supplies activity in order to ensure compliance with company policy. Manage the storage and stock levels of consumable items to deliver a cost effective and timely manner.


Administration Reports : Ensure accurate and timely preparation of administration reports and relevant analyses, interpretation, evaluation and recommendation of appropriate strategies.


Internal Controls : Plan, organise and maintain cost effective internal control systems, processes and policies. Work with Information Services to improve administration practices, procedures, processes and policies. Process invoices in line with country account payment policy to ensure the maintenance of effective partnerships. Manage supplies and RFQs and to enhance both the business cost position and the quality of purchases.
Requirements:

Degree in Administration/Property Management or equivalent (preferable).
5-7 years experience in property & office administration.
At least 3 years managerial experience, preferably in a medium to large organisation.
Ability to work with subordinates and senior management.
Excellent Communication skills in English, spoken and written.
Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Project management skills.
