Mercy Corps - Various Positions

Mercy Corps open for the following positions :

Jakarta:
1. Community Research – Banyu Biru Project
The Community Research will have primary responsibility for assisting all aspects of community baesd research for Banyu Biru Project, as needed and assigned under the guidance of the Project Coordinator for Banyu Biru Project.

The Community Research will assist Mercy Corps’ Banyu Biru Project by:
- Leading the design, implementation and documentation of community based research activities, including community mapping
- Leading the dissemination of project research information to the community and other project stakeholders
- Leading the documentation of Community Profiles
- Assisting in Community Mobilization activities related to project objectives

2. Capacity Building & Community Mobilization Officer – HP3 (Healthy Places, Prosperous People)
The HP3 Project Community Capacity Building and Mobilization Coordinator is responsible for the successful implementation of all HP3 Project activities in the assigned targeted area. The HP3 Project Community Capacity Building and Mobilization Officer will coordinate and oversee the activities of the HP3 Community Mobilization Project Officer, and will directly participate in conducting participatory field research, community based mobilization and outreach providing training, mentoring and coaching to communities, project development and implementation, and monitoring and evaluation in the HP3 Project targeted areas. Additional responsibilities include liaising with Mercy Corps other Urban Programs (SENYUM, Healthy Start, Flood Risk Reduction and Banyu Biru).

3. Community Mobilization Officer – Flood Risk Reduction Project
The Flood Risk Reduction Project Community Mobilization Officer is responsible for the successful implementation of all Flood Risk Reduction Project activities in the assigned targeted area. The Flood Risk Reduction Project Community Mobilization Officer conducts participatory field research, community based mobilization and outreach providing training, mentoring and coaching to communities, project development and implementation, and monitoring and evaluation in the Flood Risk Reduction Project targeted areas. Additional responsibilities include liaising with Mercy Corps other Urban Programs (SENYUM, Healthy Start, Banyu Biru, and HP3).
