Aceh Peace-Reintegration Board (BRA) is an institution which was established by the Aceh Governor and has been given the mandate to implement the reintegration program and support sustainable peace in Aceh. The BRA was reorganized last year to include the Aceh Peace Resource Center (APRC) in order to provide support for BRA programs and functions.

The APRC is currently recruiting for:

Interpreter
Base in Banda Aceh

Who is able to perform the following tasks:

* Work as a interpreter and translator for the Coordinator and the Executive Director of APRC
* Translate documents from English into Indonesian and vice versa Interpret in meetings, presentation, and other occasions from English into Indonesian and vice versa, and from English into Acehnese and vice versa
* Make summaries for the APRC Coordinator related to peace and reintegration issues from local and national newspapers, and Conduct other tasks as requested by the Coordinator and the Executive Director of APRC

The qualifications needed for this position are as the following:

* First degree (S-1) from an accredited university
* Two years work experience as interpreter
* Computer (at least MS Office) and Internet literacy
* Very good written and and spoken English
* Indonesian and Acehnese languages are required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a cross-cultural setting.
* Good team building skills and the ability to take initiatives.
* Able to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
* Has a strong commitment for Aceh peace process.
* The Maximum age is 40 years old.
* Willing to work under pressure and tight schedule
