Action contre la Faim (AcF) is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit making humanitarian organization. In Indonesia , its projects address the areas of water and sanitation, food security, and disaster preparedness. Activities including repair and construction of infrastructures, construction of showers and latrines, hygiene education, distribution of farming and fishing equipment, support to income-generating activities, and socioeconomic and environmental impact studies.

Contract:
Determined – 1 year

*Responsibilities:*
- Ensure the management of the base’s administration department which
include finance, human resources and secretarial task.

- Responsible for accounting and respect with ACF finance and purchasing
procedures ( manage and arrange daily cash flow and bank transaction to
ensure daily fund availability)

- To assist the Logistician Administrator in the human resources
management ( to prepare the job contracts / Job descriptions, to follow
up the expiration date of the contracts of ACF staff on the base, to
prepare salary slips and organize the payment)

- To assist for secretarial and translation task ( to make photocopies,
translate document, to book and issue the flight tickets, to make hotel
reservation for the staff )

- To assist Logistician Administrator in the management of Expatriates
on the base ( follow up the deadline of validity of visa and passport
for expatriates in the base )

- Classify all accounting, legal and human resources documents (
Accounting document, staff files, rental contracts, Donor contracts and
ACF partnership documents locally /MOU)

*Required Qualification / Skills* :

- Accounting or Administration background with proffesional experience
in Human Resources Management

- Good Knowledge of accountancy

- Good knowledge of English

- Computer Skills (Excel)

- Sense of confidentiality, organized

- Accurate, honest, rigorous, flexible.
