following position:

Water Supply Project Manager

Requirements:

- Min S1 or S2 degree in engineering or social

- Experience in leading water supply projects with a strong focus
on the participatory implementation in a rural context.

- Good in conceptional planning, strong managerial and leadership
capability

Head of Technical Team

Requirements:

- Min S1 or S2 degree in engineering, with focus on construction of
water supply systems.

- Experience in planning and implementing water supply projects in
rural areas.

- Team player and experience in leading a team of site engineers

Head of Social Team

Requirements:

- Min S1 or S2 degree in social background.

- Experience in participatory planning processes and community
mobilisation. Preferable have experience in MPA / PHAST.

- Experience in project preparation and negotiating with different
stakeholders & supporting communities in organising management bodies of
water supply systems.

- Team player and experience in leading a team of field
facilitators

*GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
*- Willing to locate in Gunung Kidul area, DIY

- Ability to work well under pressure and flexibility

- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

- Holistic thinking, open minded, locally adapted
